The successful candidates could join one of the following teams and undertake some of the following responsibilities but are not restricted to:

Network Service Desk

  • First point of contact for customers with any network issues; diagnosing and troubleshooting the problem, and tracking the issue through to resolution
  • Hands on remote technical support for our corporate and SME customers
  • Managing and monitoring our customers networks and act as the customer’s primary point of contact for all technical issues

Solutions – Network Design

  • Provide Solution design support to solution consultants on complex customer solutions
  • Work with customers to design technical network solutions and produce technical design documentation
  • IT Managed Services

  • First point of contact for customers and will assist with troubleshooting desktop, hardware and application issues within a hosted environment
  • Primarily responsible for managing and owning support tickets and driving customer issues through to resolution
